Each year the SHPBN analyses and reports the Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs) for HepatoPancreatoBiliary Cancers in Scotland.  The annual reports can be found by clicking on the links below.

2021 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2020 were captured and the resultant analysis will be presented to the Network on 18th March 2022 via MS Teams by Dr Lorna Bruce

2020 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2019 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 5th February 2021 via MS Teams by Dr Lorna Bruce

2019 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2018 were captured and the resultant analysis will be presented to the Network on the 17th January 2020 at Lecture Theatre 1, Level 1, New Lister Building, Glasgow Royal Infirmary by Ms Anya Adair.

2018 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2017 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on the 25th January 2019 at the Balbeggie Suite, West Park Centre Dundee by Ms Anya Adair.

2017 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2016 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on the 15th December 2017 at the Conference Suite, Perth Royal Infirmary by Professor Steve Wigmore.

2016 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2015 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 11th November 2016 at Level 2 Seminar room, The Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by Professor Steve Wigmore.

2015 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2014 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 6th November 2015 at Lecture Theatre A, Chancellor’s Building, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary by Professor Steve Wigmore.  This is our second year of reporting out QPIs.

2014 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2013 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 23rd January 2015 at the  Lecture Theatre, New Lister Building, Glasgow Royal Infirmary by Professor Steve Wigmore.  This is our first year of reporting our Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs).

2013 – Audit Report

2010, 2011 and 2012 reports are not based on QPI data.

Patients diagnosed during 2012 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 4th April 2014 at the Balbeggie Suite, West Park, Dundee by Professor Steve Wigmore.

2012 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2011 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 15th March 2013 at the Conference Suite at Perth Royal Infirmary by Mr Colin McKay.

2011 – Audit Report

Patients diagnosed during 2010 were captured and the resultant analysis was presented to the Network on 15th March 2013 at the Suttie Centre at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by Mr Colin McKay.

2010 – Audit Report

During 2009 patients diagnosed with primary cancer of the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, biliary tree or duodenum in Scotland were captured and the resultant analysis presented to the Network on 9th May 2011 at the Scottish Health Service Centre at Edinburgh Western General Hospital by Mr Colin McKay.

This analysis was our first and it was not officially reported because not all NHS Boards were included in it.
